Certificate Public Accountant (CPA) graduated of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) with a specialization in Tax Law at the Faculty of Law, UBA.

Leonardo was Director of the Tax Department at Deloitte. He has 18 years of experience providing tax advice to national and international companies. Leonardo is the founding partner of FLJ Consultores, he specializes in the tax area, being in charge of the development, assistance and supervision in corporate reorganization processes, local and international strategic tax planning, the evaluation of investment projects and due diligences.

Leonardo also was professor in the University of CEMA in the Certifcate Public Accountant career (Taxes). He was an instructor of courses both nationally and internationally at Deloitte. He participates in the preparation of news of tax in Iprofesional and Cronista Comercial and is a member of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies (AAEF).

Leonardo provides or has provided services to entities such as Grupo Telefónica-Movistar, Monsanto, Bayer, The Walt Disney Company, Grupo FOX, IBM, Loma Negra, Laboratorio Gador, Central Puerto, CH Robinson, Beat, Torneos, Antina, among others. He has also advised public states in taxation.
