Pedro is Managing Partner of ATE ASESORES DE GESTIÓN, S.A. (GRUPO BETEAN), since February 2017, and member of the REGISTRY OF ACCOUNTING EXPERTS of the OFFICIAL COLLEGE OF ECONOMISTS. 

He worked as a tax-accounting advisor at ATE ASESORES DE GESTIÓN, S.A. (BETEAN GROUP), from May 2008 to February 2017. And he was a member of the Treasury and Finance Department: I.R.P.F. campaign support technician. and Fight against Fraud, from 2000 to 2007.

He has a Law Degree from the University of Alcalá (Alcalá de Henares, Madrid). Award for the best academic record of the class of 1987-1992.

He completed a Master's Degree in Tax Consulting organized by the Institute of Tax Studies of the University of Deusto.

He is currently doing a PhD at the University of Deusto in Economic Law and Business Law, which he defends in September 2023.

He has multiple extra-academic training, has made several publications and has participated in several conferences.
